It has not developed and implemented a comprehensive national energy strategy to reduce our dependence on foreign and carbon based fuels and its support for a large variety of energy projects as paid off in virtually no successes.And it is not as if there are no opportunities out in the real world, outside of the D.C. beltway, in the energy filed that have potential to made for a better energy situation in the U.S. It is just that the Department of Energ Signs of Lying y, like so many government functions, never seems to get around to being effective and efficient in executing its charter responsibilities. Consider what is going on in this industry that is succeeding without the Department of Energy:- On July 8, 2010, the Associated Press reported that an experimental solar powered plane had completed a successful 24 hour continuous test flight. This technology proved that it could collect enough energy from only the sun during the daylight hours to power itself continuously in the air for 24 hours. It contained 12,000 solar cells and absolutely no carbon based or emission producing technology. The plan reached heights of 28,000 feet and speeds of over 75 miles per hour. This was obviously no Kitty Hawk type experience. The plane owners are working on a larger solar powered plane that they expect would be capable of international flights within two years.

However, very few people are aware that the main activities of western NSAs (national security agencies) are not in relation to terrorists or threats to national security, but in relation to hundreds of pseudo-terrorists or pseudo-threats who have no intentions to kill or harm others.Pseudo-threats are those people whose activities can be mimicked (or aped) by terrorists in order to organize mass murders. Let me provide you some examples for clarity. Imagine that a pseudo-terrorist arrives to a certain city. If terrorists are aware about this trip of the pseudo-terrorist, they do not need to kill this person. Instead, they can organize a terror act related to this trip of this particular person to this particular city. How? For example, the terrorists can organize a crash of a plane that has the same flight number and is supposed to arrive some days later after arrival of a pseudo Is He Cheating -threat.Or imagine that a pseudo-threat started to work in a certain business area. The terrorists can “celebrate” this event (start of a new job) by massacre or murder of somebody else in the same area. Or they can organize some industrial disaster, train crash, building explosion in the neighbouring area, etc. In other words, the terror act mimics the events from the life of the pseudo-threat or relates to him in one or other way. Why can this be done? After the tragedy it has been written a lot about it. But do you know what was written BEFORE that? Now it is strange to read a warning that was published in the USA in 2000. It was written there This was INEVITABLE. Even more it was a script that came true with deterrent preciseness It was said in no uncertain terms America from the point of view of legislation is unprotected internally until somebody will blow up most part of the town. Americans got this message in July, 2000. It was written by a very popular American writer - Mario Puzo. Taking into consideration his popularity it could have been read in the White House and in other places. Its strange that the popular author died just a year before and it is doubted whether it was written by the author himself. Here is a precise quotation from the book “Omerta” Publish Date: July 04, 200 Getting Over an Affair 0: – The greatest short-term danger was that terrorist organizations secretly financed and supported by a foreign power would smuggle a nuclear weapon into the United States and explode it in a large city. Probably Washington, D.C., or New York. This was inevitable. It would require special laws that would abridge the rights of American citizens.
